Simon Says meets traditional drumkits.
Our ARK is an interactive way to experience the music of our planet. The device recognizes the approach of participants and begins to show them drumming sequences by lighting up the drums in the order they should be hit. After a metronome interlude to set the beat, it is the participants turn to hit the drums with the provided sticks. Not only must they match the order, they must match the timing as well. The ARK will alert participants of their success or failure through auditory feedback. For those who don’t appreciate the sound of drums, the ARK can also be put into a keyboard mode with a simple wave. For aliens with more sensitive ears, a volume dial is also provided for their convenience. Finally, when the participant has successfully completed all the included songs or run out of time, we present them with a joyous model of themselves erupting from the top of the ARK. We hope this representation is accurate, as no one from our planet has ever seen one of the aliens in question…
Sanslumin: Planet DescriptionSanslumin, also known as “The Darkest Planet,” is the only inhabited wandering planet. Having no star to call its own, Sanslumin coasts through the universe in the dark, accompanied by only the slow pulsing of its inner core. Its inhabitants cannot see and depend on sound to both navigate and communicate. Many of the Universe’s top 40 hits have featured Sanslumin’s legendary musical ability. As per tradition, the citizens of Sanslumin welcome you with a drum-off. Good luck.
